Owning an all-electric vehicle (EV) comes with its challenges. However, finding the right repair shop to maintain and repair your EV can minimize your headaches and provide you with peace of mind. Here are 5 tips to finding the best EV repair shop:

  1. Certification from Automotive Service Excellence, ACDC training or similar business that specializes in electric vehicle training.
  2. Specialization in your vehicle manufacturer or knowledge and experience with hybrid vehicles and EVs.
  3. Check with other EV drivers. They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and willing to share their experience with local EV repair facilities.
  4. Appropriately equipped to carry out service and repairs on all EV’s
  5. Do they have a passion for EVs, the latest technology and keeping up with changes?
