Had a problem that multiple mechanics could not diagnose and these guys had the problem diagnosed in a few hours and the car was fixed the next day these guys are real deal professionals

I was looking for an auto shop who could assess my vehichle to see why it was shaking when driving above 65mph. After taking it to another shop who was unable to diagnose and fix the problem, I took my car to BA Auto Care. They quickly figured out that the noise reducing foam in my tires had started to dislodge. They were able to fix the problem and stop my car from shaking. I never felt that they were trying to take advantage or amp up the charges or issues with my car. I am extremely happy with the services provided. They communicated every step of the way with me, via phone, email, and text. They even provided me with pictures. I don't trust many people with my car, so I’m so happy to have found a place that I can trust for my auto repair work.

Nice and friendly people with an obvious intent to make customer service a priority. The repair work was a last minute decision by me to replace my front brake calipers. I've gotten too old and lazy to do the work myself, so I took a chance and I was pleasantly surprised....Great Job at a reasonable price. I'm sure I'll use BA again.... Thanks!

Great service and incredibly friendly staff. The best part is you can trust that they are not going to over charge you. They found an issue with my car and instead of charging me a lot of money to fix it - they informed me that my powertrain warranty will cover the repair cost if I take it to the dealership. The dealership fixed a major repair for free.

Honestly, loved this place so much. They were great. Didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. Reasonably priced and the people were so friendly and welcoming!

BA Auto Care is absolutely the best auto service you can find in Columbia MD. I have been using them for over ten years for all of our family cars. They have diagnosed and fixed every issue I have had the first time - from a simple oil change, full 100K service, and a complete electrical system failure. They are great.

BA AUTO - HOW DID WE DO? / SINCE YOU ASKED / Saturday, December 21, 2024 CHEERS > The BA staff, especially Grace, is very warm and cordial > The online quote system - approve / decline - is an Excellent, user friendly process JEERS > Irritating - when dropping off loaner car #1, after hours, my key was Not in the lobby lock box. I had to wait approximately 22 minutes for Sandy(?) to come back to reopen the office. Thank You Sandy. > IRRITATED! - (check engine light is on) On visit #1 to BA, I provided an Advance Auto fix finder printout that indicated code P0171 [system too lean bank #1, PCV valve?], but BA Did Not address any PCV valve issues. My invoice = $1171.00. (check engine light came back on!) On visit #2 to BA, I provided another Advance Auto fix finder printout that again indicated code P0171 [system too lean bank #1, PCV valve?]. This time around, BA did address the PCV issue (replace the PCV hose) - this time around costing me another $324.00. SMH……

My service was outstanding. My Service Advisor communicated with me daily on the assessment of my vehicle and recommendations for service with an estimated cost. I was very pleased with my service, reasonable cost, and the timely return of my vehicle. I would recommend BA Auto Care to my family and friends.
