I have been very happy with everyone I have dealt with at BA. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. My car is 19 years old and much of its longevity is directly due to the care BA provides. You can't go wrong here.

I took my old BMW in to find a coolant leak I couldn't find and they were able to locate it and repair it within a day. They were very responsive and could tell me details about the repair as well.

Nice people, but brought my truck in for a EVAP System leak and a gas smell, they called & said the truck was fixed & I paid them. Two days later got in the truck and there was a gas smell and the engine light came on before I hit the end of the driveway - EVAP Leak. They couldn't get me in for a week, so taking it back Monday and see what happens.........will adjust my review if they make it right. FAS

BA Auto Care provided excellent service from beginning to end. I submitted an appointment request online, and received an email response shortly after. The team's level of care and professionalism was evident from that initial email exchange all the way through intake, getting quoted for services, dropping off the car (they offer a complimentary shuttle service for local customers, which was immensely helpful), and picking it back up again. I'm confident that my vehicle was in great hands, and I intend to return for my next service. Highly recommend!

Had my ancient (2002) BMW in last week for a major service at BA Autocare, Columbia MD. I was very pleased with the appointment process, check-in procedure and overall excellent service and value. The Service Manager called or texted several times to advise me of progress and additional repairs that were needed. I will be returning to BA for future service, and would recommend them to others.

I am happy with BA auto service. This is the first time I choose a service center to do maintenance service for my BMW instead of at the car dealer shop. I found the BA service convenient, dependable and mostly, the pick up and drop back service from my home make the service extremely relaxed and convenient for the customer.

BA took great care of my car. I picked it up and after driving it for a day a problem popped up. I called them and they right away had it towed back to fix the problem free of charge.

Brady took the time to listen and then look at my car… My car was repaired in a timely manner with communication along the way due to the issue that I had….The repair cost are within range of today’s cost… I appreciate that they are a text message away.
