Our experience with BA Auto Care over the many years we've been using their services has been exceptional. There are cheaper places you can go for car service, but in this instance, you most definitely get what you pay for. BA has always been straight with us about estimates and pricing, and the mechanics there have always done superior work. Zane, Joe, Jimmy, and the other advisors there are thorough and truthful about any recommended work, and they and the front office folks are very good at communications and customer care. We have 2 old cars we'll probably keep until the wheels fall off, and BA will undoubtedly help us make that last as long as possible. This is a superior shop and we recommend them highly. You won't be disappointed.

It’s super easy to understand what they find in the notes, and their recommendations are clear. I can review & approve the work online, and always get a call about the timeline for repair & pickup. Great shuttle service between the shop and home. Through decades using BA Auto Care, they’ve always maintained top notch mechanical work, paired with personal attention to make it easy on the human side.

Took my car in for its first oil change after break in, as the dealers like to do shoddy work and leave grease prints on the vehicle. They charged me less than what i was quoted for due to them paying attention to detail with the amount of oil the car took. I appreciate the honesty and the work done. Oil levels perfect as i checked throughout the week. I will be coming back for all service

BAA Auto Care provided the service requested for a fair price without any up selling. Just because I drive a modern German made auto doesn’t mean I want to pay inflated dealer service charges. I do however want my car handled by people that know what they are doing. BAA also passed the “dont steal my quarters test” which is more than I can say for the dealer!

I came in after a jack failed and brought my car down and it was making an unfamiliar noise. They were super responsive and took my car as in ASAP. They were super busy so they didn’t get to it until the next day but even sent me in a free shuttle back to my house! They were so great and honest about what needed to be done. They could have easily upsold me but they didn’t. My technician Rachael was so understanding and calm when explaining things to me even though I was I was so stressed. They definitely have a life-long customer. I’ll be coming back for all my car needs!!!!
