Very nice people, exorbitant prices. Was quoted 195 to diagnose a bad TPMS sensor and another 250 per sensor to replace. Got it done at Costco for 1/3 the price and without the crazy diagnostic fee.

First time at BA Auto and could not have been happier!! The staff was super nice and helpful.. They are not the cheapest in the area but, they are willing to work with you to ensure safety and longevity for your car! Thank you to Rachel, Grace and the entire team! Special shout out to Tommy the shuttle driver who was also super kind and helpful. They got the work done in the time they estimated and communicated with me the entire time! We now have a new mechanic and could not be happier! I highly recommend, tell em P sent ya!! (They all also knew who your boy was and that made me feel like a million bucks!)

Took a Jeep Cherokee here for a bit, great service. The staff provide an itemized list of repairs needed and priorities, and I definitely appreciate the digital copies for ease of record keeping. Ultimately got a different car, but will be taking that here often for maintenance and upkeep.
