I never have had any problems when I take my car to BA Auto Care. The professionalism and services rendered is incredible and outstanding.

I came in after a jack failed and brought my car down and it was making an unfamiliar noise. They were super responsive and took my car as in ASAP. They were super busy so they didn’t get to it until the next day but even sent me in a free shuttle back to my house! They were so great and honest about what needed to be done. They could have easily upsold me but they didn’t. My technician Rachael was so understanding and calm when explaining things to me even though I was I was so stressed. They definitely have a life-long customer. I’ll be coming back for all my car needs!!!!

BA Auto is the best! My entire family takes our cars there to get routine service + any issues that come up. They are efficient, honest and always get things taken care of. Highly recommend!

I dropped my car off w/out an appointment. BA called promptly next day to confirm receipt of vehicle and explained repair process. The repair was done exactly the way they explained and cost was reasonable. Staff friendly and waiting area is clean. I certainly recommend for repairs and I will definitely go back.

I went to BA Auto Care initially for a Maryland State Inspection but I knew that my car was having some issues. They were able to diagnose the issues, fix them and we passed inspection afterwards. Since then the car has been running great and the various “check engine” lights on the dashboard are no longer an issue. I’m pleased with the quality of their work, the kindness of their staff and the time they took to get my car back to me when promised. My husband and I highly recommend them and will be using them for all of our auto needs going forward.

My car’s air conditioning unit wasn’t cooling properly. BA Auto Care found the gasket leak and replaced two gaskets which fixed the problem. Now it cools like new.

BA has always come through for us on a variety of vehicles (acuras, Honda, Mercedes, porshe, Volvo). Recently they were able to diagnose and fix a weird issue with my mercedes SUV for less than original estimate and also fixed a major screwup from another mechanic on my son’s Volvo wagon.
