Very good experience with the BA team

First time customer; great experience!

Just to start off, let me tell you about my last 3 dealership experiences with my mazda 3. 1. Fluid caps were left off my vehicle. 2. Tech removed the valve cover to inspect the gasket, which was damaged during the process so that needed a replacement, nice. 3. Asked for a simple trans drain and fill along with an oil change. Well i get the car up on ramps and notice the factory paint marking wasnt cracked indicating it was never done, had to bring the car back to get it done. Fast foward to my new car, the dealership had me pulling it in and out their bays because they couldnt drive stick, i watched them clean the car with towels that left a ton of scratches so i had to get a paint correction off the bat, and the tech that installed my wheel locks did not torque the nuts. BA is the place ill be going for all routine maintenance. They take pride in their work and seem to hold themselves to the highest standards so you can too. This place has not disappointed yet. They have at the very least, not botched any routine oil changes lol

Great service on my car. Although the price was a bit high, the quality of work was excellent and worth it.

I just had my first experience with BA Auto Care at the recommendation of my sister and her husband. I knew my car was going to need extensive engine work and I am on a tight budget. The day I dropped off my car they kindly gave me a ride to work in Ellicott City. I was kept up on the process of the repair and estimated time to do the work. Finally, I was given a loaner car for the second week my car was in the shop. This was greatly appreciated as rental cars are very expensive, as was my repair. I will be back - but hopefully not for a while!

Excellent service! Jimmy at the front desk, Tom shuttling folks around and the really kind guy (whose name I've embarrassingly forgotten) who did the intake part- all are exceptional human beings! Also, zero mansplanning , prompt service and excellent follow thru. This time it was only a tire patch, but I will come back for any service they provide! Thank you BA Auto!

This please told me that I had a hole In the wall of my tire. I had previously had my oil changed and they told me that it was in a place that it could be fixed. They tried to tell me that I needed to pay approximately $500 to get a new tire. They ordered It for me. But then the more I thought about it, I didn’t go because I wanted to make sure that the hole was where they said it was. Upon taking it to another place, sure enough, the hole was not on the wall and it could be fixed. So I paid $25 and now my tire is great. No thanks to this company. This company lied to me and tried to get a lot of money out of me. I don’t recommend it to anyone.

As a new customer referred to BA Auto I was very satisfied. Joe explained in a professional way the service of my vehicle. I will return for my next service. Grace was very friendly and helpful.

BA Auto was highly recommended to me by a close friend who is a car enthusiast and engineer. I own a 2016 Fiat 500X Trekker, and BA Auto keeps her on the road without breaking my bank. They started with a complete inspection that took one day, then provided me with a maintenance plan with items categorized as much fix now, fix later, nice to have and not at all. It has taken some time, but we only have two items left to address and she will be good as new. I am very happy with the results.

They are always great and do a wonderful job

This is an excellent shop, and they stand by their work. I've taken my VW Jetta TDI (diesel) here many times for routine service and more extensive maintenance like a timing belt. On the rare occasions that the issue is not resolved, they're more than willing to take a second look under their service warranty. They also provide a very convenient online booking service and ample shuttle/loaner options while your vehicle is being serviced. If you have a European car, I highly recommend BA Auto Care.

The shuttle service made it possible for me and my daughter to get our state inspections done. They were very thorough and transparent about what needed to be done and what it would cost. Coming from the South Central region of the U.S. it seemed expensive, but they did a good job and I will be going back.

Previously, I had been taking my vehicle to the dealership, and I was unimpressed with their communication. This was my second visit to BA Auto Care, and their communication and responsiveness were fantastic.

I was in a real bind and happened upon BA Auto since they were close to my work. Not only were they proffesional and reasonably priced but they went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle repaired and offered me a loaner vehicle while they worked on my car. Rachel was extremely helpful and communicative about what needed to be done to fix my car, she really went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was looked at quickly and the mechanics did a great job of getting me in and out in just 2 days. I called them asking if my estimate from a service center is reasonable and the mechanic took 10 minutes out of his day to review it and give me feedback if I was ripped off or not. Stellar character.

This is my 2nd visit to BA Auto Care. I travel 1 hour from my residence to their center. The office staff are pleasant, organized, efficient, timely, they know who you are as soon as you enter the door, and are prepared to service you, to include rental car if necessary. Their automated system is excellent. You receive a text and/or email with a detailed status of your service needs, with photos, explanation, and detailed pricing. You have the option to approve/deny services via text/email. I yet to have any issues with my vehicle after service rendered. My vehicle runs smoothly. I have a 2015 Volkswagen Passat with 75k+ miles, and 6 months ago, a VW dealership told me that I needed a new engine. Six months later, I'm still driving my vehicle with the original engine. If you need a 2nd opinion, if you need to retain your vehicle, give BA a call. Hopefully, they can service your vehicle.

My most recent experience with the great service I always get at BA Auto Care involved a mistake on my part. The mistake was I purchased new tires for a cheaper price at another business. Though I saved a few hundred bucks, the service was far below that I'm accustomed to at BA Auto Care. The front tires were improperly balanced. BA Auto Care took care of this for a modest price. I do not plan to make this mistake again.

Highly recommend. Very professional staff and clean and tidy facility. They did not try to find issues with my vehicle outside of what was asked. Price breakdown on my ticket was organized and detailed while still being easy to read. The work was a bit pricey and I admittedly didn’t do much shopping around. I am satisfied and will be giving BA my business in the future.
