Car travel with your family has changed dramatically since the introduction of video screens and computer connections. Although convenient and fun to operate, managing all this innovative technology from behind the wheel of your car can be distracting. Happily, by activating the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) in your car you can minimize the potential safety risks of these distractions . The ADAS systems requires time to understand and master but it’s well worth the time and effort. For example, when activated the ADAS system in your car will warn you if you drift out of a lane and monitor your blind spot. Just remember that while ADAS does a lot to keep you safe, it does NOT drive for you (yet)!
